AI Workflow Automation & Agents
Hand the repetitive reading, writing, and routing to a system that does it in seconds, and keep people on the judgment calls.
Request a consultationEvery business has work that is repetitive but not quite mechanical: reading an inbound email and deciding who handles it, pulling fields out of a supplier invoice, drafting the first reply to a support ticket, summarizing a call, checking a form for missing information. Traditional automation could not touch this work because it needed to understand language. Language models can.
We build automations and agents that take on this layer. They plug into the systems you already use — email, your CRM, your ticketing tool, your accounting software, shared drives — and run continuously. Where a decision has real consequences, the system drafts and a person approves. Where it does not, the system just does it.
The difference between an automation that sticks and one that gets switched off after a month is almost always in the details: how it handles the case it has not seen, how it tells you when it is unsure, and whether the people using it trust it. We build for those details.
This is for you if
- Someone on your team spends hours a week copying information from one system into another.
- Inbound email, forms, or documents pile up faster than they get triaged.
- You want faster customer response times without hiring for volume.
- You have tried no-code automation tools and hit the wall where they need to understand text.
AI Workflow Automation: what's included
Document and email processing
Extract structured data from invoices, contracts, applications, and correspondence, validate it against your rules, and push it into the system of record. Exceptions go to a review queue with the reasoning attached.
Intelligent routing and triage
Classify inbound requests by intent, urgency, and department, then route them — with a drafted first response — so the right person starts from a head start instead of a blank page.
Multi-step AI agents
Agents that carry out a sequence of actions across tools: look up the account, check the policy, draft the answer, schedule the follow-up. Built with clear boundaries on what they may do without a human.
Content and reporting pipelines
Automated generation of recurring reports, summaries, product descriptions, or social posts from your source data, with a review step before anything is published.
Integration with your existing tools
We connect to what you already run — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Zendesk, Slack, and custom internal systems — through their APIs rather than asking you to migrate.
Human-in-the-loop design
Approval queues, confidence thresholds, audit logs, and easy overrides, so the people accountable for the outcome stay in control and can see why the system did what it did.
How an engagement works
Pick one workflow
We start with a single high-volume process, not a platform. Something that runs every day and where a measurable number — hours, backlog, response time — will move.
Shadow mode
The automation runs alongside your team without acting, and we compare its output to what people actually did. This is where accuracy gets proven on your real data.
Supervised rollout
The system starts acting, with a person approving. As the approval rate climbs, the threshold for automatic handling is raised deliberately, case type by case type.
Expand
Once the first workflow is stable and measured, the same plumbing usually makes the second and third much faster to add.
What you walk away with
- A production automation on one workflow, with a before-and-after measurement you can show to leadership.
- A review queue and audit log so every automated action is traceable.
- Documentation and training so your team can adjust rules and prompts without calling us.
- A shortlist of the next workflows the same infrastructure can absorb.
Frequently asked questions
How accurate does the automation need to be before it acts on its own?
That is set per case type, together with you, based on the cost of a mistake. A misrouted email is cheap to fix and can be automated at 95 percent. A payment approval is not, and stays behind a human until the accuracy in shadow mode has earned it.
Will this replace my team?
In our experience it removes the part of their day they liked least. The businesses that get the most out of it redirect that time to customers, sales, and the exceptions that need judgment.
What happens when the AI is wrong?
Every action is logged with the input, the output, and the confidence. Low-confidence cases are routed to a person before anything happens. Corrections feed back into the prompts and rules, so the same mistake is not repeated.
Can it work with a legacy system that has no API?
Usually. We can work from exports, scheduled reports, email notifications, or a database connection. In the rare case where none of those exist, we will tell you honestly whether the integration cost is worth it.
How long does the first automation take to ship?
A focused first workflow typically goes from kickoff to supervised production in four to eight weeks, depending on how many systems it touches.
